I have a question about it.
When I updated to WIndows 7 Ultimate earlier this year, my Direct X became 11 yet it isn't recognized by anything else as being compatible. For example the DX11 backend in Dolphin said it wasn't capable of it.
Usually, the version of Direct X would stop at the last build it's most compatible with, however, it's just idiotic to become Direct X 11, and not utilize it's features.
TLR: Why do I have Direct X 11 when my GPU doesn't support it?
