Cany any 1 help why when i use open gl which doesent work that well for me does my graphic card switch from windows core and mem speed to my full speed in full screen mode but in direct 3d it does not. it stayes at the basic windows default clock speeds. even though im running dolphin prettey well . i kinda get the feeling itll be beter with the extra bit of gpu processing power as were all using copy xfb to texture.Please note i am running dolphin as good as any one states on the forums but it would work even better if in direct 3d it used all the gpu.

system specs
64 bit windows vista +2 wiimotes motion home made sensor bar made using parts from 6 old remotes.
intel e6750 at 3.7
3 gig mushking 800 mem at 945
2900xt at 827 core and 900 memory ati overdrive enabled
