Every time I change my settings to Direct 3D 11, it forces me out of using my NVidia card and switches to the Intell HD Graphics card. Is there any way to fix that or am I just being foolish and there is no way?

By forces, what exactly do you mean? The config for each backend is different, so if you've just forgotten to choose the right GPU, then you may have the wrong one enabled by default.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Dolphin can still use your Nvidia card under DX11, it's just that the drivers are absolutely fucking stupid and tell DX11 apps that you only have the Intel card.</pauls_crackpot_theories> Either make a profile for Dolphin in the graphics driver's settings to make it use the Nvidia card or raise the texture cache accuracy in Dolphin's graphics settings to work around this.
