Which adapter are you using? Certain ones maybe be lacking necessary features. For instance, analog triggers for PS2 controllers only works with Super Joy Box ## Pro, and you need an actual controller that supports analog triggers.

I'm using a wavebird wireless GC controller. I also have a normal GC controller I have tried using

You should be able to calibrate each analog? Damn drivers, this is why I dont use drives in my adapters!!! Ok, so its a driver issue. I would complain to MF if I were you. Or sell that crap and buy a real adapter :/
