After the the recovery of the 5th Crystal Star, and the defeat of the X-naut invasion, you are redirected to a non-linear task. In this task you must concoct a potion that can make you invisible, and steal an information disk.

The potion portion itself is difficult because a time-dependent task must be completed, and in turn, a frame-dependent task must be completed.

My frame rate jumps well over 60 during that part of the game. If, however, I turn the frame limit on to 60, and the audio throttle on, my speed jumps around 55-60. I have tried turning only audio throttle on, and my results remain the same.

I need to heat the potion for EXACTLY 30 seconds, and as you probably know, that translates out to 1,800 frames at 60 Frames-per-second.

If there is any action replay code to bypass this portion of the game, or way to transfix my frame-rate specifically at 60 fps, then I'd like to know.

I am using Dolphin R3402.

The frame rate says that it is over 60, but it still feels that it is 'at' 60. I'll get back to you after seeing how well it works.

EDIT

Thanks luke, it worked.

Maybe that frame limiter isn't as unstable as I thought. It should work nicely for Brawl.

+1 Rep for you.
I tried to give you +1 rep, but it turns out I already did when you helped out someone else.
