I have no clue what you're trying to ask.

Almost any TV and Monitor allow to config the Sharpness, Color, Brightness and Contrast from 0 to 100, right.

I'm saying, if I use 100 of Sharpness, it can kill the monitor?

It can cause problems more fast or not?

There is no reason to think that using the settings that the monitor was designed to use will cause it any harm.

Well , if you keep everything at minimum (not 0 but about 20->30) , you monitor will last much longer

I really doubt sharpness has an effect on lifespan.

Brightness and contrast might since they effect the backlight brightness or PWM pulsewidth.
