In Suzumiya Haruhi no Heiretsu for the Wii, when the narrator is talking in a cutscene, once in a while the emulator won't let him finish his dialogue line and skips to the next line while the older line is still finishing up, so the dialogue lines end up overlapping. It seems to happen at specific points. It also seems the emulator is not dragging out the cutscene long enough to allow the narrator finish the dialogue, but there doesn't seem to be any frame skipping/jumping when the problem happens.
One specific area where it skips is at 00:57 to the line at 1:03

(The video is how it is supposed to play, where each line is finished then goes to the next one, if needed I can try to record the bug)
My speed limit setting is at the default 100% and CPU Clock override is disabled. Changing these settings don't have any affect. Changing the audio settings also don't to do anything. I've also messed with "skip presenting duplicate frames," "fast depth calculation," and other hack settings which didn't seem to do anything for the problem either. Using a different backend doesn't do anything either.
Running dolphin 5.0-13961 x64 (but also tried on the older 5.0-11991x64 and still the same problem)
