Devices not syncing under beta build w/ official adapter

Hey All! First post here so hopefully I'm doing this all right!  

Having an issue with getting my official wii-motes paired and working properly under Bluetooth Passthrough in Dolphin. Latest Beta release errors and does not allow for my remotes to sync and connect, while the latest development version allows these motes to sync and reliably pair, however does not allow my balance board to sync. My two official remotes paired as expected however. Was previously able to run these same devices fine on my last system under an older build of Dolphin. Any help would be appreciated! Relevant information below.

Under Beta 5.0-16793, the following is shown in the log under info level logging.
