Problem Solved! It was caused by UsbDk. I have been experimenting with bluetooth passthrough and in that article it lists the UsbDk drivers as a potential troubleshooting step but it seems that during the update something went wrong and caused my system to be unstable. I solved my problem by reinstalling the newest version but I would like to find a way to uninstall it entirely so I don't run into more issues in the future but there are no uninstall packages so I'll have to do some research on that front. Revo handled it fine.
