Desync in Netplay

Please help.

We've tried every settings, many games, different hosts, with and without hamachi, different ports, different graphics plugins, different sound plugins, different region, different buffer, different dolphin revisions, different controlls but it still desyncs.

What is the problem? There's working for others but not for us. :'([/align]

Which Dolphin revisions?
Show all your settings. (copies of the inifiles pasted into "code" blocks would be easiest)

Revision: r7436
Grahpics: Direct3D9 Plugin with lowest settings , EFB Scaled Copy on and Copy to RAM on.
Game: Super Smash Bros Melee.
Audio: DSP HLE emulation(fast) without Audio Throttle.
Without Memory Card.

As I said, we've tried many different revisions, many different plugins AND settings, different games, different audio settings with or without audio throttle. We've also tried with and without dual core and low and high buffer value.

A list of exact settings that is proven to work on Melee would be appreciated.
