Dell 7559 lagging

Thanks for suggestions. I will definitely make some changes.
I bet you can tell by now that's my first PC gaming experience.

Is everything else look ok with those settings?
Do you know of an article that would explain how to actually set up your graphic card to have an optimal performance?

It's in the graphics settings under the "backends" tab. Switching it to Direct3D 12 will turn it on if you're on Windows 10.

It's experimental, but more users have said it works fine than have reported issues so YMMV

GPU driver is also an important factor . Last driver from Nvidia cause artifact every time I use DX12 , it was fixed in latest Nvidia driver though
