no you won't.

redownload the source and recompile. It isn't that hard.

I've tried everything... Fresh install of VS, fresh install of TortoiseGit, fresh sourcode.... nothing helped. I have no choice, I have to manually add the FPS Counter to the sourcecode. I'll try this and if the option is still not here, I give up compiling Dolphin builds.

Edit: It was not easy, but here's the proove. The latest x64 Dolphin revision (no ICC) with FPS Counter (manually added).
Edit2: All builds are compiled and are waiting for uploading.

At least that explains why people thought his builds were faster: he was most likely building months old versions of Dolphin branded as recent revisions...
