just tried this revision with Resident Evil Remake on Wii, and the sound seems to stutter somewhat in cut scenes (prerendered)

Uncheck "V-Sync" and try a sample rate of 32.000 Hz. And try Framelimit "Audio". (also known as Audio Throttle)

Seems to give me a slight performance in fps but my audio is still loosing sync with the in game cutseens and prerenderd cutseens still have stutter.

Try another audio backend and/or set Framelimit to Audio.
