Def Jam: Fight For N.Y. (GC) issues

Hi,

I've tried everything and I'm getting at the end of my rope... I'm trying to run Def Jam: Fight For N.Y. on Dolphin at 1080p 60FPS stable and I fiddled with the config, OC'd my CPU & RAM, updated drivers but no success. Everytime I start a level everything is fine but then every 20 seconds or so, the in-game framerate goes all over the place. My specs are more than enough to run it. Can anybody share their config or tell me what to do I'm desperate.

Specs:

Windows 10 Home
16 Gb DDR3
i5 4690K OC'd @ 4.7 Ghz
250 SSD
GTX 1060 6Gb

Does the framerate temporarily drop? Does it drop and stay down? All over the place really doesn't say much.

It does temporarily drop, like down to 15-20 and then back up to 60 again

Can you enable logging and see if it's flushing the JIT cache?
