You're not thinking fourth dimensionally! If you get the delorian to 88mph at the exact second the clock reaches midnight, you could skip into the future by one second, skewing the time line into a sperate time line, so that when the entire universe is destroyed, a new time line will appear and everyone would immediately be transfered into that time line!

The only I heard of possible 2012 doom that isn't religious, was that the solar system will enter the galaxy's strongest field of gravity in that year. (The galaxy's spin means that gravity is centered on a 2D plane, hence the galaxy being almost flat regarding orbits around it's center)
If this will really cause any problems scientists aren't sure.

Let's be real. As everone know, we all can change the future. The Mayans predicted not the end of the world but a world of changes. All calenders must have an end, and even if this one does, it don't happen to mean the end. Eventhough if it would be the end, we would have noticed it by now. Floodwaves? Comeon, these giant waves thats supposed to flood the world by 2012 takes 100 of years to aquire such sizes.

But who knows, maybe miracles do happen. If so, it sure isn't a miracle by God. Or is it? He done it before....... Right?

also, IF it is true and we all die on that day
it is impossible for us to survive
the only way out is to move away from this galaxy
and for that we need to find a way to make artificial air&food and have loads of spaceships that are 1891891101894 times faster then our current spaceship technology
and there is no way in hell we can do that in 2 years so ye HAVE FUN BEING DEAD SOON Smile

LOL , We can't even go to the moon and you're thinking in going to another galaxy ( We didn't do it in 1969 and we won't do it when the galaxy explodes or whatever )
