Using gdb causes a segfault whenever a game is loaded. Does anyone know how to debug Dolphin in Linux?

Dolphin is segfaulting on purpose because of the fastmem optimisation. If you're looking to debug an actual Dolphin crash, you'll want to disable fastmem (Dolphin.ini, Core.Fastmem IIRC). Otherwise you could just configure gdb to ignore SIGSEGVs.
