Ok something changed in some version or another ( unsure what ). Though; now the max input needs to be 255. If my mapped analog for button R ( shoulder ) is 0 at rest and goes up to 255 all is fine. But doing a 30 to 200 ( uncalibrated ) does not work. Looks like dolphin is using raw input so calibrating in the OS does no good. I always have a dead zone to work with but what about the top end?

Real works case example. I have a game that uses an analog wheel and full gas needs to by a full press. The controller says 200 is a full press but dolphin says 200 is %80, can does not go fast. No calibration in game either.

I just found out changing the range to 150 instead of 100 did it. Not sure this is by design as Skid mentioned it was bugged? Tough this works for me.
