De-Sync on Melee

I have tried pretty much everything ive seen on the topic but still after about 2 minutes of fighting i Desync and i see them running off the screen and they say i just stand still, I have tried transversal and direct and i still de sync. Please help

Yes other than the modded one which we all have the same file and downloaded it at the same time

Are you using fake-completion? Do you have memory cards disabled?

By fake completion i am guessing you mean that unlock everyone, yes everyone has that enabled. Memory Cards is disabled for everyone

No, fake-completion is a method of dual-core determinism that you have to set by going to the properties dialogue for Melee and setting "Deterministic dual core" to fake-completion from the drop-down menu.
