DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3: Online does not work

Hello,
I've followed this Guide but it's not working.

Can someone help me please? Or is Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 still not supported?

Really? Are the servers offline? Can please someone test DBZBT3 who are able to play online for example Mario Kart? By the way, just click to my profile to see my PC Specs and Dolphin Version. Thank you.
