Dark wii system theme

always remembered the famous dark wii themed mod from back in the day im wondering is it possible to bring back the dark theme to the wii system in dolphin heres a picture of what im talking about

if it requires cIOSes, then it'll likely never work in Dolphin (unless Starlet-LLE happens.)

This is the kind of thing that doesn't really need a cIOS, though. Maybe it'll work.

yeah i got homebrew on the wii emulator so it maybe can work

Try it and see if it works. Although, doesn't the theme mod require a cIOS to run?
