The Wii versions of DDR dance mat emulation is currently not working in Dolphin (as at Dolphin 4.0-1050). The GC versions work (use the GC pad emulation). The Wii Active Life series works (via the Dance mat controller option).
If your Wii dancepad appears under the game controllers in Windows, it'll work with Dolphin.
However, the DDR Wii game currently does not work (as above).
