Using latest dev build.

I have two issues here, the first being being in exclusive fullscreen while having something different selected (i.e. using chrome on a second monitor) causes frames to drop badly until dolphin is the selected window again. The second being using fullscreen over netplay produces bad screen tearing, which doesn't happen offline. I suspect vsync might fix that but the game often doesn't run at full speed with it on, even with my cpu. Anything I'm missing here?

Screen tearing is expected in Exclusive Fullscreen if you don't have V-Sync turned on. Dolphin is badly in need of performance improvements to the way it handles V-Sync.

About the second monitor issue, I can't reproduce it on my Nvidia card, it is likely a driver issue. Most PC games don't support using the second monitor while in exclusive fullscreen, Dolphin is the exception in that regard. If you need to use the second monitor while using Dolphin it is likely more convenient to use borderless fullscreen.

I was hoping to use exclusive full screen for the smoothness and less input lag. I think someone told me before that the huge frame loss when the window wasn't selected had something to do with how windows handles it?
