Hello fellows,
First time post, long time reader. I have a curious issue happening in Dolphin.
Both the D-Pad and Sticks stopped working during Gamecube emulation about the same time I upgraded to Windows 10. Before that I had Windows 7, and there were no issues.
I looked within this forum to find a solution, but so far the threads with similar information have not provided a fix.
Solutions I've tried:
I use a USB SuperJoyBox 3 USB adapter with the latest mayflash drivers to connect a PS2 Dualshock 3 controller, and it works perfectly for every other game on every other emulator in my PC.
In Dolphin, I can configure the controller and all the buttons respond and light up when pressing them in the configuration screen below, but when I start Gamecube emulation, all other mapped buttons work, except for the joysticks and D-pad.

The curious thing is - the controller works fine in Dolphin when emulating Wii Games.
Also, if I map the Gamecube controllers to my keyboard I get the same failed result. The keys I assign to my keyboard to emulate the D-pad do not work, nor do the joysticks mappings, all the other buttons work.
I've been trying to figure this out for two days, so any input on this issue (no pun intended) will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Solutions I've tried:
- Making sure Port One is set to Standard controller - It is.
- Make sure the correct device is picked from the controller configuration menu - It is.
- Check under Options in controller configuration menu and try Background Input checked - No change.
- Try to see if one of the latest builds of Dolphin fixes the issue - Tried build 4.0.8329 - No change.
- Make sure all drivers for my USB adapter are up to date - They are.
- I have also checked the GCPadNew.ini file located under the user folder in the Dolphin directory to make sure it was not a "read only" file and to make sure the inputs from the configuration were being saved - no change, file is readable and settings are being saved.
