Custom Textures !

I Want to edit my Dragon Ball Budokai 2 texture using dump textures and load him,

I edit a texture and i put in Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Load\Textures\GZ3E70

i try to load the texture but when i open the game the game is normal and the edited texture dont work

someone can help me ?
Its a problem with the game ?
