B) Try all the values of texture cache accuracy. Although I'm told it shouldn't, it can affect the names Dolphin assigns textures, so if it isn't set to the same value as it was for the guy who created the texture pack, Dolphin will look for textures with different names to the ones they have. If you find the value they used, then it should start working.
c) There's a chance the names have been screwed up in some other way, which would mean you'd have to rename them all. To do that, you'd need to turn on Dump textures, and then check the names matched between the old and new textures.
B) Texture Cache Accuracy slider only has 3 positions for me: Safe ---- <the middle> ---- Fast
Tried all 3, no luck.
Aaaaand figured it out. When I tried to get it to dump the textures for C), I found that it wasnt dumping to the location I expected. So I hunted down where it DID dump the files to, put the Load/... folder in there, now it works!
