This version adds a toggle to disable GPU acceleration for TexConv and Nvidia Texture Tools, although I haven't been able to get the nvidia tools to work with CUDA anyway so it technically does nothing there (at least for me). I'll have to look more into it when I have the time.

It's possible Compressonator is using OpenGL for acceleration, which would make sense of why its so much faster in a VirtualBox VM.
Edit: I forgot to mention, converting textures with Compressonator natively has an issue. It incorrectly sets some flags in the header. While many programs will not care about this, Dolphin does care and won't load the textures. I work around this in my script, but if you use the Linux version directly you may have to manually fix all your textures.
