Custom Settings per Game

With the various types of game settings, is there a way to automatically assign a preferred configuration to a specific game? For example if I was to play rune factory I would want to use the classic game pad configuration but if I play something like red steel I would want to use the wii mote config. Is there any way to preset this?

Also what about graphic settings? As some games have issues with specific graphic settings is it possible to do the same with such?
