I tried the newest build to check if wiimote netplay is still totally broken, but before even that, how is Cursor now on the main window instead of the render window, that makes no sense. Default controls are bound to Cursor and clicking, how are you supposed to click outside of the render window? I can't find any setting for it either.

Also, who the hell thought it'd be a good idea to remove the User folder for portable builds and instead just dump all the folders along with the static required ones?

What? Create portable.txt or add Dolphin's portable registry entry to force Dolphin to use the local User folder. You don't have to use an external one.

Just try it with the latest build, now it doesn't create a "User" folder, it just puts all the folders like Cache, GC, Wii, etc. at the same level as Languages, Sys, the executable, etc. I'd say it's probably unintended, at least I very much hope so.
