It sounds like you've changed the IR/Point mappings from the default "Cursor" inputs to use relative mouse movement.
Please click the "Default" button on the top of the emulated Wii remote configuration and don't touch the IR/Point mappings. 02-18-2020, 07:33 AM
It would "spazz out" if you tried using a mouse without turning on relative positioning.
The Wii remote is an absolute device. A regular mouse is relative. You're better off using an analog controller with a rotary axis (like a Microsoft Sidewinder) than a mouse to emulate a Wii remote. The way they work is similar to the positional guns I use as pointing devices: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5Vdo_9FSx8&t=21s I.e. The position of the pot relates to a position on screen for each axis. If you have to use a mouse as a Wii remote, turn on relative positioning. |
