CTGP-R not working on Dophin?

Whenever I boot up the game, I get the error: "The Inserted SD Card could not be read! Retrying..."

What could it be? I've copied the CTGP-R files to the virtual SD Card, but still doesn't work.

The author of CTGP-R has intentionally made it not work in Dolphin.
