You're on your own with problems with D3D9

This problem "hits" me not only on DX9 backend. DX11 also same problem. But on my past laptop that supports only 10.0 DX (now my new supports DX10.1 hardware and DX11 software) and I didn't expect this problem.

Your GPU does not support D3D11.1, which is the minimum requirement now.

You are unsupported. Thus you aren't really going to get much help here. Sorry.
