Whenever I start a wii game, in this case Skywardsword as I don't have any other, I get the following error message. I can still play normally and I didn't notice any problems ingame, but what does this mean?
CreatePixelShaderFromByteCode failed at Src\D3DShader.cpp 151

What should I do Should I clear my ShaderCache and how?

Read the error message again and think what you've done wrong here. Furthermore, stop posting threads without making any sort of effort at it. Read the forum rules.

EDIT: In case you weren't using the latest release (3.5) from our official homepage (http://www.dolphin-emu.org), stop using outdated and/or unofficial builds.
