So both of the versions of Dolphin I have were working just fine, then Windows did an update and since then Dolphin just randomly crashes. I've tried everything I could think of. The games I'm testing most is Animal Crossing and Mario Party 4. Any body got any ideas, cuz I'm fresh out?

Does it crashes if you try any other game?
Make sure you have the latest GPU driver installed (Windows Update tends to mess them up). Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I tried to check my gpu drivers but I'm not familiar enough with the new windows set up to find the right menu. 11-28-2017, 12:10 AM

Do your crashes look like this?
If not, just ignore.
Windows 10 Pro x64 | i7-9700K @ 4.6-5.0GHz | MSI Z370 Gaming Plus | MSI RX 5700 8GB Factory-OC | 16 GB DDR4-3000

Hello, I am having this exact problem. dolphin will always just randomly close out within a few minutes of launching regardless of whether a game has been started or anything. no popup or message, just a windows error noise and gone.

I think I got it figured out. I changed my audio backend to DSound and everything seems to be working fine. I wouldn't have thought that it was an issue with the audio.
