D3D has had no problems for me so far aside from this, so I'd rather keep it on, and I'd really prefer not having to manually fullscreen every time as I use a frontend to work Dolphin and it'd irritate my OCD 
What would making it render to main window entail?
edit: Render to main window fixes it, can't see any problems with it. Are there any limitations or bugs or anything I should know about using Dolphin in this way?
