Crashes once attempting to load a game

Basically, everytime I load a game, it just brings up a windowed box with messed up graphics, goes at 1 fps, and crashes immediately.

The game I'm trying to run is "Lord of the Rings: The Third Age"

Specs:

Graphics card: Intel G965 Express Chipset Family
Dell Dimension DM061
Intel Pentium D CPU 2.8 GHz
2.79 GHz, 504 MB of RAM

That's all I can come up with when right-clicking on My Computer. After searching a bit, I can't find a driver for my graphics card that actually WORKS. The Driver date is...10/6/06 >.>

Can someone tell me if my computer can even RUN Dolphin? I CAN run ePSXe, if that's any comparison.

Oh, forgot to mention that I am. Not even thinking about using OpenGL >.>

Probably game itself doesn't work yet, not sure about it

I don't remember where, but I thought I saw a games listing with this game on it as perfect. I don't think it's from here, though.
