Can't reproduce on OSX 10.12.6. Here are a few things to try:
-Move Dolphin out of the .dmg to somewhere else, like the desktop.
-Since it says it failed loading from Dolphin itself, try re-downloading Dolphin.
-If those don't help, try a build from a week or so ago, there could be a new regression
-Update to a newer version of Mac OSX
