Crash with some games

First that nothing, excuse if I am not understood very much, I do not speak very well the English.
My problem is that my PC is hung on having tried to play to games as Zelda Twilight Princess (GameCube) and New Super Mario Bros Wii, nevertheless Paper Mario (wii) works without problems. When the whole PC is blocked I have to restart it.
My PC:
-Windows 7 SP1 32 Bits
-Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2,2 GHZ
-2 GB RAM DDR2
-GPU Sis Mirage 3 Graphics 256 MBytes

Your graphic card is old and bad and it might play a role to your problems.

Do you know of some graphical good card and that is not very expensive? I have tried in another PC with an a bit better graphical card and if they work.

Here or here I just picked out some really cheap but new cards.
