If you're CPU is an Athlon XP, you are not going to be able to run Dolphin. Download a small utility called CPU-Z and post what it reports your CPU as.

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

We also need to know what graphics card you have:

Click Start ---> Run ---> Type dxdiag, then click ok and wait for the Window to come up. Then click on the Display tab and report what GPU your system has.

Yeah but you didn't mention what make your CPU was, only stated it was 1,500 Mhz or 1.5 Ghz. I'm not sure if that CPU would be adequate for Dolphin, if it supports the SSE2 instruction set it should run games albeit slowly.

If you can get any games to work, you can expect very poor performance with that CPU. I don't think the Radeon X850 supports OpenGL 2.0 or 2.1, so you will only be able to use the DX9 graphics plugin.

you won't be able to use Dolphin with that PC Smile, your cpu doesn't support SSE2 and your vid card only supports up to OpenGL 2.0.

Dolphin runs slowly anyways, here's an example. My qx6700 @ 3.7 ghz gets 18-28fps in Sonic Unleashed. Your athlon would die.
