I've been playing the Dolphin emulator to play games like Windwaker and such on my integrated graphics getting a decent 30 fps at 640x480 but I want to play these games at 720p and up but everytime I try to configure the graphics when I run it on my GT555m it crashes when I open the Graphics Settings or run a game. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this to run?

Do not select graphic adaptor via Dolphin ! You must leave it as default (integrated Intel HD)
Use Nvidia Control Panel Laptop: (Show Spoiler)

These files are the ones that are involved in the problem is all I could get out of the error. Files that help describe the problem: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\WER7A90.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\WER8635.tmp.appcompat.txt C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\WER8665.tmp.mdmp Any other ideas? 04-16-2013, 12:13 PM

Really shouldn't be necessary. 04-16-2013, 04:00 PM

That's up to you whether or not you reinstall Windows. Some people like to have a clean slate, but you can always try reinstalling the DirectX runtimes and Visual C++ Redistributable first. If that works, no need to reinstall Windows, obviously. |
