Crash when I close games.

Hi!

I am having problems with the latest versions of Dolphin, every time I open a game and then want to close it, it gives me this error:

As for your problem, you should try bisecting as to find out which was the last development version working fine for you.

Yes, I have all the Visual C++ Redistributable.

I was able to find which options are the ones that make the emulator fail if together they are activated:

* Confirm on Stop
* Pause on Focus Loss

This problem started with this version: 5.0-13907

Are you sure that is the exact version? That version has to do with Audio, but that error makes it sound like there is a GUI problem.

Yes, completely sure, with the previous version (5.0-13905) this does not happen.

I forgot to mention that with OpenGL the error does not occur, only in software and with Direct3D 11.
