I seem to be having a similar problem. I downloaded the latest dev build but the problem persists.
Dolphin doesn't seem to recognise any games, no matter where I have them. So I drag and drop the game into Dolphin but it crashes immediately. I looked at several tutorials and I don't think I've done anything wrong.
Anyone have an idea of what could be happening here? Should I try an older version?
