Details about my specs: Dolphin x64 SSE4.2 r7520, Windows 7
Intel i5-760, GeForce GT 220, 4 GB RAM.

Game ID is RC8E7D. When booting it, I get a black screen. Nothing appears, not even the Wii safety-alert screen. I tried Direct3D9, OpenGL, and Direct3D11. I also tried a few pre-made projection hacks.

I tried non-optimized x64 r75xx builds too.

Edit: it's working now, but I have another issue with both this game and Epic Mickey. I'm getting, you could say, "bad cinematics" - it kinda looks like the actual video in the cutscenes etc is shown through a lot of reflections all over the screen. With Epic Mickey it happens on D3D9 and D3D11 but not on OpenGL; in Crash: Mind Over Mutant it happens in all three plugins.

Uncheck all hacks except "External Frame Buffer", if this makes the game too slow then set "Anisotropic Filtering" to 1x.

Problem still occurs on Epic Mickey and Crash M.O.M, while disabling all hacks in D3D9.
