Hello everyone,
I'm using the freshly released Dolphin dev version 5.0-14191: I appear to have a common problem, that is, audio is crackling. Wii games show a more stable audio, but still crackle.
My computer specs are as follows:
Intel Core i7-7700
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
Windows 10 Pro
I set the Graphics backend to Vulkan, and my own graphic card as adapter. Aspect ratio is set to Auto, V Sync is disabled.
The Shader is set to Synchronous (Default setting), the other options are set to default values.
Audio: the backend is set to Cubeb, latency is fixed at 20, I tried all three options under the DSP Emulation Engine (HLE, LLE, Recompiler, Interpreter) with and without Dolby Pro Logic II Decoder.
Audio Stretching is disabled, Buffer size is fixed at 39 ms.
Now, I can do fine without audio, of course. But it has me wondering nonetheless, since I remember it being just fine both with an old AMD Radeon card, Win7, back in 2012, on a (very) old iMac.
While browsing, I stumbled upon multiple occurrences of this problem, but I still haven't found a solution.
Thanks in advance!
