Hi everybody.

First of all I would like to thank everybody for the support.
I have built a new Asus p8p67 sandy bridge system oc´ed to 4,7GHz, OCZ vertex2 ssd and 4 GB ram, Windows 7 x64, ati hd4850. I have tested the latest version of dolphin x64 7440 and tatsunoko vs capcom. The emulation speed rate is like 80% to 100% 42 to 50 fps with default settings and 1280x1024 windowed resolution. As far as I know it should go 50fps rock solid but it does not and checkin tak manager first core is only 50% used adn the rest is like 10%.
I have tried to icnrease process priority but no changes.

Is it a way to focus the processor only on dolphin?

Thanks

PS: Added some config shots

Thanks for your time

Only 2 cores can be used (3 with DSP-LLE, not recommended). Since each of your cores is 4.7 GHz, it means you most likely didn't optimize your emulator properly or you play an incompatible game.

use dx9 or dx11 plugin (opengl is most of the times slow)
post 6-7Screenshots of your configuration...

It is as long as you stay away from Texture filters, anti-alias and resolutions higher than 1600x900.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Creators Update
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960 @ 3.6 GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3 AM3+ Revision
RAM: HyperX 8GB Dual Channel @ 1600Mhz

but lets not hijack threads, just because one has a speed problem, does not make it the same speed problem as the ops.

I've just tried matching my settings to yours and I am getting 100% speed. It does drop below 100% sometimes, but not for longer than a second or two. That is normal.

What temperature are your cores running at?

Thanks for your help- Temperature is 48 ºC . The overall performance is very good but I remember that previous versions (svn 4770) and so could reach 100 fps with 3,5ghz with no frame limit as I also tested.
