CPU temperature within Dolphin

Since Dolphin is very CPU demanding, overheating while playing heavyweight games is common, is there any chance that someday, a built in cpu temperature monitor can be included in Dolphin? let`s say it could display a warning on screen or even stop the emulation if temp goes too high?

who knows maybe a free to use source code...

No, that's not going to happen. That's not the role of the emulator, use one of the thousands of free programs that do this.
