im using it for enter the dragon fly for 60fps what does it do tho does it like actually overclock my real cpu? ive never even heard of overclocking does it harm ur pc?

Aaaanyway, don't worry, it's overriding the emulated CPU clock rate, not your PC's CPU clock rate! Dolphin cannot overclock your CPU. Honestly, it doesn't break as many games as you'd expect. There are of course edge-cases, but, it's no more damaging than higher IRs and whatnot in most cases.
