CPU clock speed got set multiple times above the slider maximum?

Recently I tested out Dolphin after upgrading my phone to a Note 8. I set the CPU clock to around 50% and tried testing a game, and it ran at around 2 frames per minute which didn't seem right. I exited out and looked at the settings, and found out that the CPU clock was set to 5200%? I set it back to 50% and it ran fine after that, but I feel like this is still worth reporting if it hasn't been known already.
