Bugs:

Netplay doesn't work on the newest build (3286)

Questions:

1. What's the difference between Dolphin.exe, and Dolphin.IL.exe?
2. What's DSPTool.exe?

Ok ,Netplay implemented to Dolphin is kind of a new thing ... Give the devs some time !

2. It's more for devs now, not for usual users.
