install microsoft visual c++

for the people that reply and dont help, stop wasting your time. some people are new to forums, and to dolphin in general. just answer the freaking questions, it makes things alot easier, and takes the same amount of effort.

I not going to waste my time to tell them something that f they had used the search button they would have found 200 million cases of
