"Couldn't init the core" error

Hey all...

I've tried everything to get Dolphin (SVN R 4771) working, but I keep getting the "Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration" error whenever I try to run a game from the menu.

I've fully updated DirectX (to 9.0c in XP), installed the C++ runtimes, tried every plugin availiable, tried Dolphin.exe and DolphinIL.exe, reinstalled XP numerous times, checked hardware etc etc and nothing seems to make a difference. Is my system just incompatible or have I missed something?

Windows XP Professional SP3
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275
Gigabyte EP45-UD3LR mainboard
4gb DDR2 memory

Mmm...What REV are you using?
Have you updated your drivers?
Mm....You could post a screenshot about the config of the emulator.

Arrrrgggh typical it works now! I reinstalled Rev 4771 and it seems to be fine now. Sorry about the fuss
